By signing this agreement, you, the purchaser and participant of #StagerBoss on Tour (hereinafter “you” or “Participant”) agree you have voluntarily chosen to purchase and attend the #StagerBoss on Tour Event hosted by Liv Media Ltd (hereinafter “Liv Media”), on the date(s) and at the location(s) noted below, and you agree you are voluntarily entering into a legally binding Agreement with Liv Media Ltd inclusive of the following terms and conditions mutually agreed upon:

1. General Event Itinerary
1.1 Participant understands that the event in will focus on mindset, sales and systems, in order to grow and expand his or her business, gain clarity on what Participant wants to do in business, and any other individual desires of Participant.
2. Voluntary Participation
2.1 Participant agrees and understands that his or her decision to attend this Event is purely voluntary; any negative experiences before, during, or after the Event is at no fault or responsibility of Liv Media. Participant will not hold Liv Media nor any affiliates, employees, owners, or contractors responsible for any injury, issue, or negative experience had at the Event as a result of her attendance, or any portion of travel to and from Event.
3. Travel
3.1 articipant also acknowledges she will likely choose to travel in order to attend Event, and confirms that her decision to travel, and manner and mode by which she chooses to travel in order to get to Event is wholly of her own choosing, and not in any way associated with the Event or Liv Media, nor is it included in the Event. Should she encounter a negative situation or result from her choice of manner of travel, Participant understands and agrees that Liv Media is neither responsible nor liable in any way, and that her travel is in no way associated with the Event.
4. Food
4.1 Liv Media will provide various food and drinks depending on the length and timing of Event, as Liv Media sees fit throughout the duration of Event. Participants are encouraged to connect with other Event attendees and obtain the food and drinks needed outside Event hours, as provided in the scheduled. Any additional funds spent on food, drinks, or refreshments at the venue will not be included in Event, and will be the sole responsibility of Participant. Participant understands Liv Media will do its best to label any and all food and drink options in order to identify any potential allergens contained in a meal or food item, but cannot guarantee accuracy or completeness of all food warnings. If Participant has any food allergies, intolerances, or special needs involving food or drinks, she will use her own independent judgment to determine if such food and/or drinks are appropriate for her consumption, and will use common sense in making decisions regarding what to consume while at Event.
4.2 While Liv Media will make a reasonable effort to provide meal and drink options that fit within common dietary restrictions or needs, Participant understands and agrees it may not always be feasible to accommodate every restriction, and there may be certain meals, or certain portions of meals, that will not comply with Participant’s restrictions. Participant understands and agrees that Liv Media is not to be held responsible should Participant have any adverse reaction to foods or drinks while at Event, whether due to a known or unknown cause, whether food was appropriately labeled or not. Participant takes full responsibility for choosing what to eat at Event, if anything, and agrees Liv Media nor any Liv Media employee, owner, affiliate, or contractor is not responsible should Participant experience any sort of health-related issue while at Event.
5. Non- Disclosure
5.1 Client understands that one of the primary elements in purchasing a ticket to #StagerBoss On Tour and learning from Liv is the benefit of obtaining expert guidance, teachings, materials, and exercises that have given ThePropertyStagers its massive success. Following Client’s participation in this program, Client will have gained access to various trade secrets and personal intellectual property of ThePropertyStagers, including but not limited to materials such as verbal advice, mindset guidance, written templates, modules, technical information, business advice, and/or other information that may have become available for use through Client’s participation in the event. Client understands and acknowledges that this information is not to be openly shared with others who have not participated in the event, without permission from Liv Media Ltd or Liv Conlon personally.
5.2 Client agrees not to share, copy, or distribute any documents or other proprietary information obtained through the event, and agrees that he or she will be in violation of these Terms & Conditions if he or she uses any of the Content outlined as his/her own material, or repurposes and uses the Content in his/her own business as a product or service being offered for sale, without express written permission of Liv Media Ltd. Client also understands and agrees he/she will not disclose or use any information provided to Client as part of her ticket to the event, other than for personal use in her own business and social media accounts without prior written permission from Liv Media Ltd.
6. Testimonials
6.1 Client understands and agrees that any and all commentary provided on public social media profiles including those belonging to Liv Media Ltd may be published and used as testimonials by Liv Media Ltd Client gives Liv Media Ltd a non-exclusive license to use the copy as written on the social media profile, in the email, or otherwise, and repost on Liv Media Ltd social media channels, in advertisements for #StagerBoss, or other similar channels for the specific purpose of promoting and showcasing #StagerBoss client results.
6.2 If Client chooses to write about positive experiences of event, Client understands the material, along with Client’s name and other identifying information, will likely be published on Liv Media Ltd website, social media, or otherwise. No payment or additional services will be provided in return for Testimonial, and Client understands he or she is granting Liv Media Ltd an unlimited, irrevocable license in perpetuity to use, publish, distribute, or repurpose any information provided to Liv Media Ltd as part of a Testimonial.
7. Release
7.1 Participant understands Event may include elements of that involve a certain level of physical activity, which carry with it certain inherent risks. This may include, but is not limited to:
stretching, walking, engaging in pilates, dancing, breathwork, and any other similar wellness centered activity Liv Media may see fit. By execution of this agreement, Participant accepts and assumes all risks associated, as well as full responsibility for any and all injuries, damages (economic and noneconomic), and losses of any type, and fully and forever release and discharge Liv Media, any affiliates or employees of Liv Media, and any individuals participating as guest speakers or experts at Event from any claims, demands, damages, rights of action or causes of action – present or future – whether known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, resulting from or arising out of participation in Event.
7.2 Participant agrees to be solely responsible for her safety, as well as the safety of any guests she may have brought. She agrees to conduct herself in a reasonable and controlled manner at all times while at Event, and refrain from partaking in any activities that may cause her injury or illness. Participant understands Liv Media is not responsible for any property lost stolen, or damaged while at Event.
8. Potential Risks
8.1 Participant understands and acknowledge there may also be a risk from contact with other participants, including negligent or wanton acts of other participants, failures in following guidelines and rules of the event or any applicable laws, any defects of conditions of the premises where Event is held, and/or any effects of weather, including heat, cold, rain, winds, storms, or humidity. Participant further acknowledges that each of these risks are that which Participant voluntarily assumes, and agrees Liv Media is in no way responsible or liable for any negative results or injuries she may sustain as a result of the above risks she may encounter. Participant has the option to leave Event at any time, should it become unsuitable for Participant.
9. Medical Evaluation
9.1 Participant confirms she has completed any testing necessary to confirm she is medically and physically able to attend, she must show proof of an in-date COVID vaccination and if doesn't have this, must show a valid negative PCR or LFT COVID Test within 24 hours of the event (From March 11 at 9am UK). Please see refund policy incase of positive COVID result or inability to provide documentation on day
9.2 Participant takes full responsibility for her physical well-being at event. If she is pregnant, disabled in any way, or has recently suffered an illness, injury, or impairment, Participant confirms she either has or will consult her personal physician regarding this issue prior to attending Event, and obtain any information regarding how to maintain health while at Event. Liv Media is not liable should any injury or aggravation occur.
9.3 Should it be determined at any time during Event that Participant is in need of medical attention, Participant consents to receiving emergency medical care and transportation as deemed appropriate and necessary by medical professionals called to the Event, or on site with the venue. This Release also extends to any liability arising out of or related to any medical treatment provided to Participant, including but not limited to negligent emergency rescue options. Participant confirms that should she sustain any injury requiring medical attention, Liv Media is not liable. Participant agrees to hold Liv Media harmless from any injury or illness sustained, directly or indirectly caused by participation in Event.
10. Disclaimer / Indemnification
10.1 Participant also expressly agrees to indemnity and hold Liv Media and all affiliates, contractors, employees, and owners harmless against any and all claims, demands, damages, rights or causes of action or any person or entity that may arise from injuries or damages sustained by Participant while attending Event. Participant also understands the hosts, speakers, experts, and guests are not necessarily doctors, nurses, lawyers, financial advisers, psychics, licensed therapists, or other similar professionals, (and if they are, Participant understands they are not acting in their capacity as such and are not providing any personalized advice or treatment at Event) and agree to hold Liv Media harmless should any physical, emotional, or financial injury occur as a direct or indirect result of any aspect of Event.
10.2 Participant confirms he/she is attending voluntarily, and confirms any expectations or preconceived notions about Event are purely speculation; Liv Media is also not to be responsible nor liable if Event is not what Participant expects, or if Participant is subjectively dissatisfied with the Event.
11. Sponsored Products
11.1 Liv Media may elect to give Participant various products, refreshments, food and/or drinks, and other various items provided by sponsors of Event. Liv Media is in no way affiliated with nor responsible for these products, and Participant agrees he or she will use his or her best judgment in deciding whether any such product received is right for him/her to consume, use, purchase, or otherwise utilize. Any negative reactions or responses to any products given to Participants in gift bags shall not be Liv Media’s responsibility, and may be taken up with the appropriate sponsor and owner of the product or service, as applicable. Participant agrees to hold Liv Media, its affiliates, employees, contractors, and related persons harmless should he/ she obtain any negative response, reaction, or experience from a sponsored product received at Event.
12. Photo/Media Release
12.1 Participant understands and agrees that Event will likely be filmed, recorded, and/or documented by photographers, media, or other members of the press. Participant grants Liv Media a royalty-free, irrevocable license to use Participant’s name, likeness, and image in using such video and photography from Event for commercial use, as she sees fit. This may include but is not limited to posting photos and video on Liv Media’s website, and social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) future sales pages and advertisements for future Events, and to promote and publicize the Event in general. Liv Media may also sell or assign the right to use such images or other materials to third parties. By purchasing a ticket and agreeing to this Waiver, Participant provides Liv Media with a full, irrevocable release allowing Liv Media and any attending guests of Liv Media to use her name and likeness, and all such footage in any way she sees fit.
12.2 Other Event attendees may also have recording devices, including cell phones, laptops, and other means of recording footage, photos, and audio that they may share online via social media applications. Participant understands that attendees are within their rights to do so, and that Participant does not have any expectation of privacy at Event – she understands and agrees she will likely be photographed, videoed, and otherwise seen at Event, whether in the background or forefront of such recordings, and such images or videos may be shared by the person who records them. Liv Media is not responsible for footage, photographs, and any other information obtained by Retreat attendees and posted on social media, the Internet, and/or other avenues. Participant agrees to fully indemnify and hold harmless Liv Media and any affiliates of Event should any attendee post or broadcast any form of photography or media regarding Participant. Liv Media is not responsible nor liable for what attendees may post, and Participant agrees he or she is attending Event voluntarily, and assumes any and all such risks of being photographed or otherwise recorded by Event staff, attendees, guest experts, speakers, and/or Liv Media
13. Subsequent Marketing
13.1 If Participant is located outside of the European Union and provides her name and email address to Liv in order to attend Event, Participant understands such personal information will be added to the Liv Media database for subsequent marketing purposes, in compliance with Liv Media Privacy Policy, which can be reviewed here. Liv Media will not sell, share, or use such data in any way other than as specified in the Privacy Policy, and will utilize it to send emails from time to time, with content Liv Media believes Participate may be interested in. Participant may opt out at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” button in an email sent, or by contacting Liv Media at: [email protected], and Participant will be removed immediately.
I, PARTICIPANT, have read the foregoing waiver and release, and voluntarily agree to the terms as written, with full knowledge of its content and meaning. I understand this Waiver is being agreed to in addition to and in accordance with any additional Agreements between myself and Liv Media, in relation to any other programs or services from Liv Media that I am currently participating in. By signing the the agreement for all Events associated with #StagerBoss On Tour, I confirm I have read and agree to this Agreement in full, and am legally bound to the terms and conditions herein.
